What to Expect At Our Emergency Clinic
When you arrive at our facility, you will be greeted by our calm, courteous, professional team. They will begin care for your pet ASAP. While your pet is being treated, make yourself comfortable in our clean, spacious waiting area. Please help yourself to coffee or tea from our automatic Keurig machine. Our veterinary technicians will regularly update on your pet’s status, and get your consent before any procedures. Our reception team is also available to answer any questions you have during your visit.
If possible, call us before your visit so we can be prepared for your animal’s medical situation. We make every effort to see patients in a timely manner, but give priority to those with critical and life-threatening conditions. This may create a delay for patients whose conditions are not life-threatening.
